hmmm

So, I'm in this mood where I want to create a poem that is awesome. But based on past experience writing poems is like making art---I have to make about fifty things before I make ten that I'm truly proud of. I hate writing poems and knowing that they suck. And I also feel like unless something big has happened to me or I have realized something completely new, writing poems is kind of silly because I don't have a lot of life experience to draw from. So I try to be judicious in choosing when to write a poem or about what I should write. Pfffff.
